This full-day production focuses on dynamic event coverage, including keynote sessions, crowd shots, and engaging exhibitor highlights. You'll be collaborating with an on-site production team to deliver polished, professional visuals that showcase the innovation and spirit of the event.

Responsibilities:
Capture clean, professional footage of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and audience engagement 🎙️
Film dynamic B-roll of attendees, networking moments, and branded activations 🎥
Collaborate with the production team to ensure shot lists and timelines are followed smoothly
Manage audio capture for live presentations and interviews 🎛️
Maintain organized media management throughout the day for seamless handoff

Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate event videography
Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio for indoor event environments
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
