Production Overview
We’re hiring a Videographer to capture event content for a leading indoor air quality solutions provider during a major industry expo. This is a full‑day shoot based in the Central and South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. You’ll document exhibitor interactions, product demos, and customer testimonials in a lively trade show setting.

Responsibilities
Film booth activity, walk‑ups, and key interactions throughout the day.
Capture engaging B‑roll of the space: product showcases, branding, crowd flow.
Record direct‑to‑camera testimonials with attendees and representatives.
Coordinate with the on‑site team to follow a structured run‑of‑show.
Deliver raw footage and selected clips per post‑production guidelines.

Requirements
Experience in event and trade show videography with a B2B focus.
Confidence operating in dynamic environments with live crowds.
Strong communication skills and awareness of brand standards.
Ability to remain discreet yet proactive during high-traffic filming.
