Freelance Videographer – Corporate Case Study Shoot

Location: 15406 North Maricopa Road, Maricopa, AZ 85139
Date & Time: December 18, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Half‑day shoot)

Production Overview:
Join a leading LED display solutions provider for a detailed case study production. This B2B shoot will capture the company’s product in use, interview stakeholders, and highlight the business value of their solution in a real‑world setting. The footage will be used for marketing and corporate presentation purposes.

Responsibilities:
Capture high‑quality footage of the product in application and environment.
Conduct interview set‑up, lighting, and filming of stakeholders/clients (on‑camera subjects).
Ensure smooth workflow from set‑up to wrap within the half‑day timeframe.
Work collaboratively with on‑site team to maintain brand‑appropriate visuals and messaging.
Deliver final raw footage (and any deliverables as required) following the shoot.

Requirements:
Proven experience shooting corporate case studies or similar B2B production work.
Ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment with minimal disruption.
Strong communication, reliable punctuality (onsite at start time of 9:00 AM) and professional demeanor.

Equipment (must have):
4K camera and lens package 📸
3‑point lighting equipment 💡
Wireless audio equipment (please note: no shotgun microphones) 🎙️
Gimbal for smooth motion shots 🤳
Tripod and standard grip gear 🎛️
