This shoot blends live technical execution with creative coverage—perfect for someone comfortable working behind the scenes while capturing polished visuals.

Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless camera and audio connectivity to a Microsoft Teams town hall for remote viewers, along with capturing engaging b-roll of the event atmosphere, speakers, and interactions.

🎯 Responsibilities
Connect and manage camera and audio feeds for live remote viewing via Microsoft Teams
Monitor video and audio quality throughout the event
Capture high-quality b-roll of the event, attendees, and environment
Work independently and professionally in a corporate setting
Adapt quickly to live-event needs and timelines

✅ Requirements
Proven experience in live or hybrid corporate event production
Comfortable managing live video/audio workflows
Strong understanding of clean, professional b-roll capture
Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working onsite
