🎤 Production Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Production Assistant to support an event-focused interview production for a global professional services organization. This shoot will take place during a live event environment and will focus primarily on capturing professional interviews with attendees and representatives.
The Production Assistant will play a key role in helping the production run smoothly—supporting setup, managing gear logistics, and helping coordinate interview flow throughout the day.

🎬 Responsibilities
Assist with production setup and breakdown, including lighting and interview station preparation
Help manage gear organization and battery/media rotations
Coordinate interview participants and help keep the production schedule moving
Support the videographer with on-set logistics and quick adjustments
Assist with general production needs to maintain a smooth and efficient shoot day

✅ Requirements
Experience assisting on video productions, corporate shoots, or event productions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
Professional communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift and move standard production gear as needed
