🔬 Production Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Videographer to support a two-day production for a leading life sciences research organization. This project blends event coverage and corporate storytelling, capturing both the energy of a major industry conference and the innovation inside a cutting-edge research facility.

Day 1 – Event Production:
Filming at a large industry trade show at the San Diego Convention Center, capturing booth activity, attendee interactions, and supporting event b-roll.

Day 2 – Facility Tour Production:
Filming at the organization’s local facility, documenting a guided tour experience with visuals of the workspace, technology, and operations that bring their work to life.
This shoot will require adaptability across fast-paced event coverage and polished corporate facility footage.

🎬 Responsibilities
Capture dynamic event coverage including booth activity, attendee interactions, and b-roll
Film facility tour footage highlighting the organization’s environment and operations
Set up lighting and audio for interviews or guided walkthrough segments
Work closely with the production team to maintain visual consistency across both days
Ensure footage quality, organization, and efficient media management throughout the production

Experience filming corporate events, trade shows, or facility tours
Ability to adapt quickly between live event environments and structured corporate filming
Strong composition skills and attention to detail in professional settings
Professional communication and reliable on-site workflow for multi-day productions
