Production Overview 🎥
We’re producing a product-focused video for a leading manufacturing organization and are looking for a reliable Production Assistant to support the on-site video team.
This production will capture product visuals and operational footage inside an active manufacturing environment. The Production Assistant will help ensure the shoot runs smoothly by assisting with logistics, gear setup, and general on-set coordination.

This production may include drone coverage. If you have experience assisting with drone operations or aerial production setups, please mention that in your bid notes.

Responsibilities ✨
Assist the videographer with equipment setup and breakdown
Help manage lighting, stands, and basic grip gear during the shoot
Support on-set logistics and general production needs
Help maintain an organized and efficient filming environment
Assist with moving gear and coordinating shot locations within the facility
Ensure cables, gear, and workspaces remain safe and tidy

Requirements ✅
Previous experience assisting on video or production shoots preferred
Comfortable working in industrial or manufacturing environments
Able to follow direction and adapt quickly on set
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Equipment 🎛️
The production team will provide primary camera equipment. However, familiarity with the following gear types is helpful:
4K camera and lens setups 📸
3-point lighting equipment 💡
Wireless audio equipment 🎙️
Gimbals and tripods 🤳🎛️
Standard grip and support gear
