Production Overview 🎥
We’re producing event coverage for a leading digital infrastructure and data solutions provider as they wrap up a week-long company safety event.

The final day will bring teams together to celebrate the week’s achievements and reinforce a strong culture of workplace safety. This production will capture key moments, team interactions, and event highlights to create engaging visual content that reflects the energy and purpose behind the initiative.

Responsibilities ✨
Capture high-quality 4K video coverage throughout the event
Film key moments, activities, and team interactions during the final day of the safety event
Capture environmental and establishing shots of the facility and event spaces
Work efficiently to document the event while remaining unobtrusive
Maintain clean audio and lighting where applicable
Collaborate with the production team to ensure all priority moments are captured

Requirements ✅
Professional experience filming corporate events or internal company productions
Ability to capture candid moments and authentic team interactions
Strong understanding of camera movement, composition, and storytelling in event environments
Comfortable filming in active workplace environments
Reliable, professional, and able to manage coverage independently throughout the event

Wireless audio equipment (no shotgun microphones) 🎙️
