🎬 Production Overview
We're looking for a creative Videographer to help bring an exciting leadership-focused media brand to life through a dynamic onsite production. This shoot is centered around UGC-style and social-first content designed for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and a dedicated website.
The production will capture a wide range of content—from high-energy promotional videos and authentic behind-the-scenes moments to polished brand storytelling and long-form guest interviews. Every piece should feel intentional, engaging, and built for today's digital audience while supporting a cohesive brand launch.

🎯 Responsibilities
Capture cinematic yet authentic footage optimized for social media and web platforms.
Film high-energy promotional content, personality-driven moments, and brand storytelling segments.
Record professional multi-camera interview and podcast-style conversations with guests.
Work with the production team to capture multiple framing options and content suitable for both horizontal and vertical delivery.
Gather additional b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and candid moments that expand the content library.
Maintain high production value while working efficiently throughout the shoot day.

✅ Requirements
Experience producing content for social media, branded content, podcasts, or digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of framing, pacing, and visual storytelling for short-form platforms.
Comfortable capturing both polished interviews and spontaneous, documentary-style moments.
Excellent lighting and wireless audio skills.
Ability to collaborate creatively while adapting quickly during production.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
