This B2B event production calls for polished, engaging coverage throughout the day. You’ll capture key moments, presentations, attendee interactions, and event details while maintaining a professional, client-ready presence on-site.

🎬 Responsibilities
Capture high-quality 4K video coverage throughout the event
Film presentations, speakers, attendee interactions, and event details
Create a strong mix of wide, medium, and close-up coverage
Capture smooth, dynamic footage using a gimbal where appropriate
Monitor lighting, exposure, focus, and audio throughout production
Adapt quickly as the event schedule and activity evolve
Maintain a professional and unobtrusive presence on-site
Organize and securely manage captured media

✅ Requirements
Professional experience filming corporate events and B2B productions
Strong visual storytelling and event coverage instincts
Confidence working independently in a live event environment
Excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to deliver clean, consistent footage across a full production day
