Production Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Videographer to support a two-day internal corporate conference production. Both shoot days will center on conference-related content, with the exact schedule and priorities still being finalized.

September 22 is expected to focus more heavily on interviews, while September 24 is expected to emphasize live event coverage. Additional production details and clarification will be provided as they become available. 🎥✨

Responsibilities
Capture high-quality 4K footage across both production days
Film professional interviews, speakers, presentations, attendee interactions, and event details
Capture polished establishing shots and supporting B-roll
Set up and manage lighting and wireless audio as needed
Adapt quickly to evolving schedules and live-event conditions
Collaborate with the onsite production team to ensure priority moments are covered
Maintain consistent, professional production standards throughout both shoot days

Requirements
Professional experience filming corporate conferences, interviews, or B2B events
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
Confident working in both controlled interview settings and dynamic live-event environments
Comfortable operating independently and responding quickly to production needs
Reliable, organized, and professional onsite
Available for both September 22 and September 24
Ability to manage your own production equipment throughout each day
