🎬 Production Overview
We're looking for three experienced Videographers to capture a professional roundtable discussion for a leading IT management and cybersecurity solutions provider.
This production features up to nine participants seated in a U-shaped boardroom setup and will be pre-recorded across three cameras. You'll be part of a four-person production crew consisting of three videographers and one audio operator, working together to capture polished, professional coverage of the discussion.
The goal is clean, consistent corporate production quality. While cinematic filmmaking isn't the objective, strong camera operation, matching image quality across all three cameras, and thoughtful framing are essential.

🎯 Responsibilities
Operate one of three cameras during the roundtable discussion.
Maintain consistent framing and exposure throughout the recording.
Coordinate with the other videographers to ensure seamless multi-camera coverage.
Assist with basic LED lighting setup to achieve balanced room exposure.
Follow the production plan and collaborate closely with the audio operator and remote production team.
Arrive on time, prepared, and production-ready.

✅ Requirements
Experience operating cameras for corporate interviews, panel discussions, or live event productions.
Ability to work as part of a coordinated multi-camera crew.
Strong understanding of exposure, white balance, and composition.
Professional demeanor while working with executive-level participants in a corporate office environment.

🎒 Required Equipment
📸 4K camera with clean HDMI/SDI output
🔍 Standard variable zoom lens suitable for boardroom coverage (approximately 16–50mm or 24–70mm equivalent)
💡 LED lighting equipment to help elevate overall room exposure
🤳 Tripod with fluid head
🎛️ Standard grip gear and media for the duration of the production
