🎬 Production Overview
We're looking for an experienced Audio Operator to support a professional roundtable recording for a leading IT management and cybersecurity solutions provider.
This production features up to nine participants seated in a U-shaped boardroom setup and will be captured across three cameras. You'll work alongside a four-person production crew consisting of three videographers and one audio operator to ensure every participant is recorded with clean, consistent, broadcast-quality audio.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable managing multi-person corporate discussions and can recommend the best audio approach for the space.

🎯 Responsibilities
Manage audio capture for a roundtable discussion with up to nine participants.
Deploy and monitor up to nine wireless lavalier microphones.
Utilize boom microphones or table microphones as appropriate for the production and room setup.
Record isolated mono tracks (or another recommended workflow) to provide flexibility in post-production.
Continuously monitor audio levels and troubleshoot any issues during recording.
Coordinate closely with the videography team to ensure seamless production.
Arrive on time, prepared, and production-ready.

✅ Requirements
Experience recording professional audio for corporate interviews, panel discussions, or roundtable productions.
Strong knowledge of wireless microphone systems and multi-channel audio recording workflows.
Ability to recommend and execute the best microphone configuration for a boardroom environment.
Comfortable managing complex audio setups with multiple simultaneous speakers.
Professional demeanor while working with executive-level participants.
